Helomatrix provides mobile app development, web development, UI/UX design, custom software solutions, branding, startup consulting, and dedicated developer hiring. The content on our website is for informational purposes only — actual project terms, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual agreements (SOW, MSA, or contracts) signed between us and the client.

2. Using Our Website

You're welcome to browse our site, share links, and learn about what we do. But please don't copy our content, scrape our site, upload harmful code, or try to break anything. All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, designs, code — belongs to Helomatrix and is protected by intellectual property laws.

3. Project Deliverables and IP

Ownership of work we build for you is governed by your project agreement. In general:

• Full IP transfers to you upon complete payment
• We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and reusable components
• Open-source or third-party components in deliverables remain under their respective licenses

4. Client Responsibilities

When you provide content, materials, or data for a project, you confirm that you have the rights to share it and that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights. We don't verify the originality of client-provided content, so that responsibility stays with you.

5. Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. Any sensitive information shared during a project — source code, business plans, designs, customer data — stays between us. These obligations continue even after a project ends.

6. Payments

Payment terms are defined in your project agreement or invoice. Quotations are valid for 30 days. Late payments may result in work being paused. Specific schedules and deposit requirements are outlined in your contract.

7. Disclaimers

Our website is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate and running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. For project work, we warrant deliverables will match the agreed specifications — details are in your project agreement.

8. Liability

We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, business interruption, etc.). Our total liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months before the issue arose.

9. Third-Party Links

We may link to external sites for your convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will first be resolved through good-faith discussion. If that doesn't work, disputes go to arbitration in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
